Our journey began with a simple desire – to bridge the gap between ambition and opportunity, especially for women in our community.
As students, we felt the absence of guidance and resources firsthand. In a small town where possibilities often feel out of reach, we envisioned a sanctuary where individuals could unleash their creativity, stay abreast of technological advancements, and enhance their skills beyond the confines of traditional education.
Driven by this vision, we founded Kand, a safe haven where everyone, with a special focus on women, can devote themselves to shaping their future. We provide access to cutting-edge technology and foster a diverse network, empowering individuals to forge their paths towards success.
Our journey is fueled by the belief that starting from scratch is daunting, but with support and guidance, it becomes an exhilarating adventure. From crafting CVs to mastering coding, from nurturing hobbies to pursuing passions like music and painting, we offer a nurturing environment where dreams can flourish.

About
Rina Ademi / Founder
Rina is a dedicated advocate for equal opportunities and empowerment, fueled by her transformative experience as an exchange student in the United States during high school. Witnessing the vast array of opportunities available beyond her hometown, Rina recognized the need for support and resources within her community. This realization ignited her passion to pursue a bachelor’s degree in computer science and engineering, driven by her observation of the gender gap prevalent in the field. Inspired by her vision of a more inclusive society, Rina dreamt of establishing initiatives akin to the NGO Kand, dedicated to providing resources and mentorship to women and individuals from underrepresented backgrounds. With unwavering dedication, Rina is committed to creating pathways for others to thrive and become leaders in their own right.
